Midnight Manor Private Residence, Saturday Afternoon

After their usual trip to the mainland, Steven and Llewellyn came back home for their other usual Saturday activities. Which was Llewellyn taking over the kitchen to get some baking done before his piano practice, and Steven occupying himself with other things.

In today's case those other things had been cuddling Raphael (Steven still wanted to make it up to him for being away last weekend, even if Raphael had long since forgiven them) and picking something out of the library to read while Llewellyn was practicing.

While doing that, though, Steven also thought to catch up on radio. Which was when he heard the mention of the reunion and - twenty years??

Steven checked his mobile. Then he checked his pocketwatch. Then he checked them both again.

We didn't lose time, Steven, Marc assured him from one of the reflections.

Which was all well and good but that didn't rule out -

Steven ran back to the kitchen to check on Llewellyn.

It was now Steven's turn to laugh delightedly. "Can I - may I watch you? Is that all right?"

"You'd like a show, is that it?" Watts asked, eyes twinkling.

Steven blushed but managed to nod. "Please? I like looking at you."

This was not the sort of request Watts would be inclined to deny normally, let alone at a time like this when Steven was feeling particularly vulnerable. So he was happy to comply.

"Very well," he said. "Shall I stand back up, then?" he asked.

"Whatever's most comfortable," Steven said. He sat up on his elbows so that he could have a better view no matter what Llewellyn decided. "Nothing fancy. I would just like to see you."

Watts slid back off the bed and stood up, and then began methodically undoing his shirt buttons. Not hastily, but not exceptionally slowly either.

Steven sat up, watching Llewellyn with delighted interest, in much the same way he might if he had front row seats to an amazing play or musical.

(He was also making mental notes of what Llewellyn did in the hopes he'd remember at least some of them in the future for the next time Llewellyn made a request like this of him.)

"You're very handsome," Steven told Llewellyn, because he knew it helped when Llewellyn reminded him at times like this.

"Thank you, darling," Watts said, and while he didn't blush, he did duck his head in response to the compliment.

One suspender, then the other, was shrugged off his shoulders, and then he lifted his undershirt up over his head.

Even though Steven had said he wanted to watch, seeing Llewellyn's bare chest exposed made Steven sit up and reach to palm his hands over the skin. "Lovely."

Watts gave a pleased shiver at the touch. "And all yours."

"Sorry, I know I said I was going to watch," Steven said, even as he started undoing the front of Llewellyn's pants.

"You're allowed to change your mind," Watts said. "After all, you doing so has certainly worked out nicely so far," he pointed out.

"I'll never change my mind about you," Steven said. He reached in to Llewellyn's opened pants to give Llewellyn a stroke. "Not ever."

"That- oh!," his breath hitched at the feel of Steven's hand on him. "That is a relief. But I was referring to- the specifics of our activities here in the bedroom, in this case."

"I know." Steven sat up further to give Llewellyn a kiss, still stroking him all the while. "But I wanted to make sure you knew that regardless. I love you, Llew. I always will."

[pocketpretzels]

"I do know," Watts said. "But I never tire of hearing it."

[hasaknightjob]

"I love you, Llew," Steven said, giving him a long, slow stroke. "And I always will."

[pocketpretzels]

"Mmm," Watts hummed, closing his eyes for a moment. "I love you too. Now and always."

"Now and always," Steven agreed. He started kissing down Llewellyn's bare chest.

There was still the matter of his underwear to take care of, but Steven did have a habit of being rather wonderfully distracting, so Watts was just going to see where this led.

Steven was, himself, being distracted. But luckily when he kissed low enough he was reminded of Llewellyn's clothes and started doing what he could to get the rest out of the way.

"Right, yes, sorry. Let's just - yes, there we are."

"All ready for you," Watts said, grinning.

Steven grinned back, even as a blush colored his cheeks. Now that there was nothing in the way he wrapped his hand around Llewellyn and gave an appreciative stroke.

He really was doing just the worst job of sitting back and watching.

Which was too bad, honestly, because Watts would have loved for his little show to include taking himself in hand in preparation, but Steven feeling him up through his underwear had taken care of that. And now this...

"That feels nice," Watts told him.

"Yes, it does," Steven said, grinning up at him. Then he remembered and corrected himself, still stroking all the while. "I mean thank you. Also yes, you do."
